Once we agree on terms, you shouldn’t wonder where things stand. This tracker shows the milestones we use on Midgard seller projects, in plain language. When your sale is in process, we’ll give you a private link (or a simple password) so you can check your own property’s progress any time.

You’ve closed. Disbursement follows the title company’s wiring / check instructions.
