Finance and operations
Cassie started in real estate over 20 years ago, working directly for a local broker and preparing property listings for publication. From there she spent 11 years as office manager for a construction company, handling sales, collections, billing, and working hand-in-hand with the company’s CPA to keep the books audit-ready. Today she’s a certified bookkeeper, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and Intuit Expert — bringing that same financial discipline to every dollar our lenders invest.

Property and construction
Andy began his career at the local county property tax office, personally selected for an administrative track and later becoming the youngest branch manager in the office’s history. During Hurricane Ike, he was specifically chosen to retrieve and balance the county’s collected funds — millions of dollars, accounted for to the penny. He went on to become a QuickBooks ProAdvisor himself before transitioning into architectural drafting and design, where he’s spent over a decade drawing custom home plans and gaining hands-on experience in the engineering and surveying fields, including platting subdivisions and developments up to 200 acres.

Why we started Midgard
We started flipping houses because it’s the fastest way to prove our process, build a track record, and generate strong returns for the people who trust us with their capital. Every deal is run with the same financial discipline and technical scrutiny we’ve built our careers on.
The Midgard Promise
When all of these elements come together, they tell the story of what we want Midgard to become:
Protect what we’re entrusted with.
Find opportunity where others may see problems.
Create value where we can.
Build wealth responsibly.
And create something that lasts.
That is the meaning behind the Midgard emblem.
Midgard Property Solutions LLC
Create Value. Build Wealth. Leave a Legacy.

What our logo represents
At Midgard, we believe a logo should represent more than a company. It should represent what that company stands for.
Every element of the Midgard emblem was chosen with purpose—from the shield at its foundation to the colors that surround it.
The Shield — Protecting What We’re Entrusted With
The shield represents one of our core commitments: protecting the capital entrusted to us.
Real estate investing carries risk, and we don’t take the responsibility of working with investors lightly. We believe that thoughtful underwriting, disciplined decision-making, and responsible stewardship are essential to building lasting relationships.
The shield reminds us that when someone trusts Midgard with their capital, that trust is something worth protecting.
Yggdrasil — Growth & A Greater Future
At the heart of our emblem is Yggdrasil, the Tree of Life.
Its roots and branches represent growth, connection, opportunity, and the idea that something planted today can become something much greater tomorrow.
For us, Yggdrasil represents the opportunities we’re seeking to create—not only through individual properties, but through the company we’re building and the future we’re working toward.
The House — Where We Begin
The house is perhaps the most straightforward symbol in our emblem.
It represents real estate—the foundation of Midgard’s business.
Our journey begins by identifying properties where we can create meaningful value, solve problems, and help property owners who may find themselves in difficult or complicated circumstances.
For a distressed seller, what may feel like a dead end can sometimes be the beginning of a new chapter.
That’s the kind of opportunity we’re looking for.
The Buildings — Where We’re Going
Behind the house are larger buildings, representing the broader vision for Midgard.
We’re beginning with residential real estate, but we don’t intend to limit our future to a single property type.
As Midgard grows, our vision includes opportunities in commercial real estate, development, hospitality, unique rental properties, and eventually destination properties such as luxury RV resorts.
The buildings remind us that the first property is only the beginning.
Navy — Hope & Peace
Navy blue was chosen intentionally.
Blue is often associated with qualities such as peace, stability, trust, and hope. For Midgard, those qualities have a very specific meaning.
Many of the property owners we hope to serve aren’t simply looking to sell a house. They may be facing a situation that has left them feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or without a clear path forward.
We want Midgard to represent a sense of hope and peace in those moments.
Not promises we can’t keep. Not a claim that we can solve every problem.
Simply the opportunity to sit down, understand the situation, look at the numbers, and see whether there is a solution that works for everyone involved.
Gold — Wealth & Prosperity
Gold represents something a little more straightforward: wealth, prosperity, and opportunity.
That represents our hope for the future of Midgard and for the people who choose to build alongside us.
We want to create investments that generate value, build wealth, and create opportunities for our investors and partners while growing a company capable of creating something lasting.
Cream — The Space to Build
Cream provides balance to the navy and gold.
It represents clarity, simplicity, and the space between where we are today and where we’re going.
Because Midgard isn’t finished.
We’re building it.
Building toward something bigger
Our long-term vision is to own and operate a network of luxury RV parks across the country, setting a new standard for travel, recreation, and living well away from home. Every flip we complete and every lending relationship we build today is a step toward that future — and the investors who join us now are getting in on the ground floor.
